LIz is a psychologist with over 13 years experience working with adults and adolescents in private practice, employment services, and correctional settings. She is also a board approved supervisor and able to offer supervision and training to Provisionally Registered Psychologists. Liz offers a range of therapeutic modalities including CBT, ACT, DBT skills, EMDR, and Couples Counselling. She is passionate about working with other health providers to support clients in achieving integrative wellness. Liz supports clients experiencing a range of difficulties including mood issues, adjustment difficulties, relationship difficulties, Functional Neurological Disorder, chronic pain conditions, trauma, and anxiety.
Jillian Field Psychologist
Jill is a warm and compassionate registered Psychologist. Jill has experience in private practice, Disability employment services, and University health centres. Her experience includes providing individual and group therapy to people presenting with a range of challenges including, depression, anxiety, adjustment to life changes, co-morbid physical conditions, relationship difficulties, self-esteem challenges, trauma, and functional neurological disorder. Jill has a particular interest in supporting and treating adults experiencing anxiety and trauma related stress. She has completed Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) Level 2 training and uses this in her practice. Jill also uses Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness therapies to best meet the needs of her clients.
Ann Page Psychologist
Ann is a Psychologist with over 15 years experience working across the lifespan in multiple roles including hospital and community settings, private practice and as a School Counsellor in both primary and middle school. Ann has a particular interest and passion for working with children and adolescents. She provides psychological support and assistance for a variety of concerns including anxiety, low mood, behavioural challenges, trauma and school stress. Ann also holds a NDIS Yellow Card and works beside children adolescents and adults with a diagnosis of ASD. From a playful and integrated approach, Ann provides evidence-based treatment models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).Ann is also a certified provider of the 1-2-3 Magic and Emotional Coaching parenting program.
